BEST easy chocolate frosting with real chocolate (Theo's)

You will need:
1 3oz bar Theo's chocolate (I used peppermint stick)- but you can use 3 oz of any chocolate
3 cups powdered sugar
1 stick margarine- softened to room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cups whole milk or cream- room temp

Whip butter and add vanilla and liquid (milk or cream)- slowly beat in powdered sugar until smooth.  Melt chocolate bar in microwave- do NOT overheat.  Check every 15 minutes until it is complete softened.  You do NOT want it bubbling.  Use a spatula to get out all the chocolate, and quickly mix the chocolate into the vanilla frosting.  This is delicious as soon as you make it (soft and fluffy).  IF you leave it a while it will dry out a bit, but is still fabulous.  It's like candy on your cake, and it's a family favorite.  If you vary the flavor of candy bar, and play around with the extracts, you can make some really interesting combinations.
