Want to make delicious chilli that tastes like you've been cooking for hours in under an hour? Of course you do. Whip out your slow cooker and add one package of Costco's Pulled pork, and 3 cans of Amy's Organic Chilli (I use medium hot), and 1/2 cup of Pomi crushed tomatoes. Cook until hot (I cook on high at first, and serve the chilli with fried eggs. Then I put the chilli on low- let it cook another 1/2 hour, and I put it in the fridge for later. This also freezes well. Additions- sauteed onions, potato chunks (precooked), corn, and anything else you like in your chilli.
