Mix 1 part elderflower liqueur, to 1 part Gin (Hendrik's), to 3 parts cider (I prefer the Strawman), and add 1 TBS of lime juice for each portion. I make mine in a large pitcher- and swirl some ice in it just before serving, and pour in to glasses garnished with a lime slice, or apple slices soaked in lime juice.
