Cloud Basket Eggs
Easy Sunday morning breakfast. I used 6 eggs- separated. Whip the whites until stiff peaks form. Then make round "lumps" on a parchment coated baking sheet. Make a depression in the middle of the egg white deep enough to accommodate an egg yolk. Put in a yolk, or if you broke the yoke, use a spoon to pour in some egg yolk. Bake at 350 until desired doneness- we like our yokes very firm.
