Talking Sausage (no, the sausage doesn't talk- it's just me, making sausage suggestions)

Think 5 pounds of sausage is too much?

Don't worry about it!

I cook mine up in a large stockpot- 1 pouch at a time (there are 4 pouches).  Then I cool the sausage, and bag it, and refrigerate one, and freeze the others.  It freezes perfectly!  And you'll have sausage for breakfasts, or quiches, or sandwiches- or whatever you want!  Costco big packs are an amazing deal.
