Molasses Cocoa Cookies! For Cookie Monsters everywhere!

So easy.

Prepare a packaged mix of  Molasses cookies- I use Betty Crocker:



Add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.  Then after mixing walnuts in, drop cookies on sheet, and sprinkle cookies with cocoa- I use Starbucks' cocoa:

Delicious!  They don't actually taste like chocolate.  The cocoa just adds some complexity- and imparts almost a coffee flavor (very delicate, though).  I love the added richness and flavor.  It's amazing that such a small, easy addition could change the taste this much.
