Haven't had much opportunity to cook with duck eggs until they showed up at a Costco near us. They are wonderful. They are slightly larger than chicken eggs, but only slightly. They are a much more robust egg, and they hold together really well- and make awesome sunny side up eggs. They look like the best picture of a sunny side up egg you've ever seen. Who knows, maybe they use duck eggs for those pictures. I scrambled some to use on a bacon egg breakfast pizza (pizza crust- used a kit, red sauce, turkey bacon freshly cooked and diced, cheese and eggs.)
