Chicken with Salsa and Pineapple

I wanted to use up some large BBQ chicken breasts, so I striped the meat off the bones, and chopped the cook breasts up and put them in the slow cooker with a jar of pineapple salsa (Jardine's, was the brand), a can of pineapple cubes and the juice, and put the cooker on low for 8 hours.  Turned out some very delicious chicken.  Tasted great with rice- and as you can see, it's very easy.  You could cook this while you are at work, and come home to a delicious meal.
