Tapenade from heaven! This stuff is delicious. Use it on everything. It's great on pasta. Cook pasta, add Gertie's- could not be easier. But it's also great on sandwiches. Spread soft goat cheese on french bread. Spread Gertie's over cheese. You CAN eat it just like that- or, you can add prosciutto, ham, or other meats, sliced tomatoes, lettuce- whatever you like. Another way to use Gertie's is to stuff it in to mushroom caps, top with cheese, and broil- wonderful!
