It's Feb 1 so it must be time for heart shaped sandwiches, and cake.
I made one sandwich of peanut butter, and one with cherry jam. The cake is lemon cake with the zest of lemons and our home grown mandarins. It 's glazed with lemon and mandarin juice, mixed with organic powdered sugar.
In the cup you see pink grapefruit slices.
