My kids don't take lunch on Weds, and today they are coming home to make their own lunches, so this is my lunch. It's just a PB and J sandwich, cut like two flowers, some almonds in a light glaze, celery, dates and two pieces of Xmas candy- and I have a Trader Joes' Italian salad as well.
