Yesterday and today I made the same lunch for my kids. I bought pesto focaccia at the farmers' market and cut them in half for the main course. I also sent pear sauce, Lara bars (we like the "pie" flavors- coconut, pecan, cherry) and craisens. It was easy and fairly nutritious.

I find the Lara bars so filling that sometimes all I eat for lunch is a Lara bar.
