Today's lunch was very simple. I cut pita bread into triangles- about 8 per piece of pita, and put them in a baggy. Along with the pita I sent two containers of individual size hummus dip (by Sabra, available at Costco). I sent a packet of Craisins (the 100 calorie pack), a container of pear sauce (Trader Joes), a Bora Bora bar and a piece of string cheese. Not a bad lunch, all things considered.
